1. Course description
Internationalization of trade and businesses has led to thousands of expatriates settling in foreign countries, many with long-term goals of owning a property or renting one for the long term. Since most companies operate in English, in many cases, it is the only language the foreign workforce speaks in your country. Thus, it is in the interest of growing real estate firms to operate bilingually to maintain their competitive advantage in the real estate market.
Besides dealing with the growing number of expatriates, real estate businesses aim at working across borders or internationally where communication in English becomes necessary. As a result, many real estate professionals communicate more often with clients from abroad, so they need more than just English; they need specialized English for Real Estate.
English for Real Estate is a new level of complicated language with a specific vocabulary base. In addition, it must be highly professional and persuasive.
Certificate
Upon successful completion of the English for Real Estate 4 course, learners will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. Those who demonstrate active participation in at least 85% of the classes and achieve a score of 90% or higher on course assessments will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Achievement. These certificates serve as recognition of the student’s dedication and accomplishment in the course.
