Aviation English for Cabin Crew has been explicitly developed for prospective flight attendants and currently employed cabin crew members who intend to improve their communication skills in English.

Certificate of Achievement: active participation in 85% of the classes and achieving a score of over 90% is required.
Aviation English for Cabin Crew course develops the English language communication to deliver the highest standard of service to passengers in all situations and a wide array of challenges on board. This course will enhance English communication skills for in-flight services, handling difficult situations during flights, and managing emergency cases. Emphasis is placed on vocabulary building, speaking, and listening.
Aviation English for Cabin Crew 2 is the second course that covers more advanced topics of Aviation English for cabin crew members. We strongly advise you to enroll in our Aviation English for Cabin Crew 1 course first, as it covers the essentials.
